Lost dog and cat sighted

Description

Gray spotted dog with white spots, black collar but no tags. Was limping towards Rio Bravo. Seen multiple times on the canal after Raks building supplies. Tried to catch him, but he won't let strangers near him. He might be staying at the semi parking lot off Rossmoor. White and fluffy disgruntled cat seen in dirt lot after Raks and the canal. Won't go near strangers.
