Full Job Description Job Summary · Metal Stud & Commercial Drywall foreman for commercial projects needed for immediate hire. Typical project locations include Fort Collins, Loveland, Wellington, Cheyenne, Longmont, Greeley and northern Denver. Responsibilities and Duties · Direct a team of 2-15 framers/hangers/finishers · Track crew production · Maintain field timesheets · Attend weekly job meetings as required by the General Contractor · Review plans and specs to assure project is being constructed per contract documents · Relay pertinent information to office personnel as needed (changes, pricing requests, RFI’s, etc.) · Ability to multitask and coordinate work at multiple job sites as necessary Qualifications and Skills · 5+ years of experience preferred · Additional training a possibility for the right candidate · Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and be able to pass drug/background checks · Must be proficient in reading architectural and structural blueprints · Bilingual a plus (English/Spanish) Benefits · Health benefits & 401K plan · Paid time off after 1 year of service' ' Work Remotely No Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour Schedule: Day shift Experience: Supervising: 5 years (Preferred) Drywall: 3 years (Required) Metal stud framing: 3 years (Required) License/Certification: Driver's License (Required)
