PacifiCap Properties, Inc is seeking a full-time professional Maintenance Technician at their Residences at Arnada property location. As a full-time Maintenance Tech, you will attend to any and all residential apartment and townhome needs in a timely and professional manner. The job duties include, but are not limited to, the following: Prepare units for new tenants in a timely manner Plumbing fixture replacement Electrical repairs and light fixture replacements Sheet rock repairs and texture Interior painting Appliance repair Able to follow established guidelines and operate without direct supervision Communicates well and respectful towards residents to ensure their satisfaction Responds to emergency maintenance calls. Applicant MUST have previous experience in painting and apartment turn-over maintenance. This position includes being on call once every four to five weeks. This position requires a valid Driver’s License, insurance, and reliable transportation.
