Be an Operations Manager at Camp Loyaltown in the Catskills and make a difference in the lives of hundreds of children and adults with developmental disabilities. In this vital role, you will: • Serve as a liaison for the Family Support Services with other departments including Finance, Accounting, Compliance, Human Resources, Community resources, Payroll and all other departments • coordinate, manage and problem-solve all aspects of the operations for Family Support Services programs to ensure that all required documentation, procedures, regulations, finances, compliance are accurate and processed accordingly. exercise independent judgement and discretion to make decisions with minimum supervision which would impact the normal functions and operations of the program. We require: • BA/BS degree with specialization in management preferred or relevant job-related experience. • Strong customer service and people skills preferred and the ability to make independent decisions. • Computer proficiency including knowledge of MS Office Suite and Database Systems. • Ability to communicate and understand written and oral directives and be a team player with a positive attitude Want to get a feel of what’s the camp is like?
