CCS Facility Services has a job opening for a Floor Technician in Phoenix, AZ. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Carpet cleaning (low moisture encapsulation/dry cleaning and extraction) Scrubbing, stripping, sealing, waxing, and spray buffing hard surface floors Must be able to operate high and low speed buffers up to 24 inch and 3000 RPM Must be able to operate and maintain all floor cleaning/finishing equipment to include but not limited to floor buffer/ burnishes, water extraction machine, and carpet cleaning equipment Follow established safety precautions for cleaning and maintaining all areas of the facility. Must be able to take direction, to work with minimal supervision and to function cooperatively as part of a team Requires attention to detail, pride in delivering excellent service, organization and high levels of energy and endurance Education/Experience: 1 year floor tech experience. Must have a valid driver’s license Must be able to pass a background check and E-Verify Must be able to obtain a fingerprint clearance card Bilingual in Spanish
