You'll maintain your assigned area in a clean and orderly condition by performing the duties assigned, while delivering your company’s core values of Commitment, Professional Integrity, Accountability, Continuous Improvement and Excellence. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Must have reliable transportation, as this position is a Floater (You will assist and multiple locations, when needed to cover. Cleans offices, rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and locker rooms and other work areas Sweeps, mops and vacuums floors Spot cleans rugs and carpets Dusts furniture and equipment Polishes metalwork Empties wastebaskets Transports trash and waste to disposal area Replenishes bathroom supplies Other duties may be assigned Required Qualifications: 6 months prior janitorial experience (Required) Must be able to pass a background check and E-Verify (Required) Must have reliable transportation (Required) Must be able to use backpack vacuum (Required) Bi-lingual English/Spanish (Preferred)
