We are a Property Management Company looking to hire a for a full-time utility labor role. This position interacts with our field construction team and property managers as well as location managers. Examples of daily tasks: Pick up materials. Drive crew to locations. Cleaning exterior buildings. Spraying weeds. Organizing warehouse. Taking loads to the dump. These are all examples of tasks associated with this position. Every day id different than the day before. A valid PA drivers license is required. You must be or be willing to get vaccination. You must be able to be at work every day Monday through Friday. Pay commensurate with experience.
