Repair some 13 sections of fencing that blew over in the December 15 wind storm. Set new 4" x 4" posts in the concrete (after digging out old concrete), attach pickets and replace broken pickets. Photo shows 2 sections (each section 6' H x 8' W) in this Old North End community of 38 townhomes. Insurance needed: general liability and worker's compensation.
