AUTO BODY SHOP PRODUCTION ESTIMATOR Automotive Body & Paint Estimators are the foundation that makes our body shop successful by being the first person our Customers work with on getting the investment in their vehicles back to life. We need a strong leader with a strong work ethic to get the job done right every time! We are investing even more into our busy shops and are seeking a highly experienced and motivated a Auto Body Shop Production Estimator to help bring us to the next level and grow with us. Getting the job done, efficiently, expeditiously and absolutely correct the first time for Insurance companies, Fleets, and our Customers is crucial to building trust and cooperation by all involved. We will rely on your total professionalism and knowledge to make this a reality. ASE and Gold I-CAR Certified, especially Platinum I-CAR Certified is a Plus! WE ARE LOOKING FOR A MOTIVATED ESTIMATOR! Auto Body Shop Production Estimator must be able to perform the following tasks: Essential Duties: Auto Body Shop Estimator Proficient with CCC Writing Accurate Estimates in efficient manner Worked with DRP accounts & Non/Independent Ones Handle High Volume workload Develop and maintain the most efficient processes available Coordinate supplements with the body techs Perform ongoing and outgoing inspection of work in progress Exceptional problem solving skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Skill in analyzing and interpreting workload data Working knowledge of all aspects of repair World class customer service skills Greet each customer with professionalism and respect Ability to guide the customer through repair process Must be computer literate Must be technically versed in electronic estimating systems Must possess excellent organizational skills Ability to apply knowledge of collision repair principle Thinks Outside the Box, Not afraid to throw out ideas to receive feedback 2 to 5+ years experience in a similar role Follow all employment, safety, and environmental regulations as required by all city, county, state or federal governing bodies Promote and adhere to the Collision King Core Values Investigate new technologies for possible future implementation Ensure on-time delivery Ensuring that every customer has that WOW effect through all phases of their vehicle’s repair Working closely with customers and insurance companies The character traits we look for in our Management Staff are: Honesty Integrity Getting it done Right the First Time Commitment to share their knowledge by helping coworkers grow in their knowledge Effective workplace communication skills Desire to become accredited and certified through many sources Tech savvy - must be comfortable with learning technology Punctual - arrives to work on time. Our shop features an open door to just about all makes and models for cars and light trucks and we work on many makes that other shops turn away. We focus on delivering superior service and results to the customer. When a customer worries that a repair shop may be taking advantage of their lack of knowledge, it is a very bad, upsetting feeling.
