The Car King Towing Family Car King Towing is a large fleet towing company that services the Greater Houston and Harris County Metro Areas, as well as holding multiple contracts with the City of Houston Police Department and Harris County Sheriff's Office. We are seeking the following position to be filled by someone to come and join our growing and VERY BUSY family. Well Connected and Highly Motivated Account Sales Manager Needed The Account Sales Manager is a revenue generating sales and management position responsible for the direct sales of automotive towing and recovery services, and other miscellaneous services we offer to small and large commercial automotive and vehicle fleet customers, small and large automotive dealerships, municipalities, private and commercial properties, in the Houston and Harris County markets, maximizing fleet services revenue with existing commercial fleet customers while developing new business with prospective accounts. The Account Sales Manager develops the sales strategies to support the established targets he/she is given or brings on board as new accounts. This position reports directly to the General Manager. Responsibilities include maintaining and building volume with existing commercial customers, but primarily developing strategies to conquest new accounts and maintaining them, implementing and maintaining consistent prospecting methods, developing strategies to overcome customer objections and provide solutions, providing customer support to reduce tensions, if one exists, for customers, supporting customers with cost control reduction initiatives and providing customers with accurate and timely updates on existing and future activities. This position requires the development of strong working relationships with companies with small to large fleets and dealership representatives, supporting account events and organizations, providing input on future services and process changes to maximize competitiveness and managing multiple priorities and aggressive timelines. Fleet Account Executive Manager must be able to exhibit and/or demonstrate the following requirements: · At least 1+ years of outside sales experience a plus · Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to achieve goals under minimal supervision · Positive attitude, willingness to learn every aspect of our company and goals, and results oriented. · Dedicated and disciplined work habits. · Strong communication skills. · Computer skills; iPad, iOS(iPhone)/Android, and Windows/Office abilities. · Previous customer service experience. · Some knowledge of automotive industry or cars in general is a plus. · Bilingual English/Spanish language capabilities a major plus. · Business-to-Business (B2B) sales experience is a plus · Excel in building positive working relationships · Strong negotiating skills · Generate additional business with existing customers and more importantly adding new accounts who have not previously used our services. · Finding services that may be unique to or desired by our clients that fits our line of services that we already currently offer · Working closely with General Manager to develop new marketing strategies.
