Returnmates drivers are responsible for a completing one (1) daily route on a designated timeline (9am-1pm), and can work 1-5 days per week (flexible weekly scheduling). Primary responsibility is to be the face of Returnmates and to deliver & retrieve packages to people in your neighborhood. You’ll leverage the company's technology to pick up folks' e-commerce returns on a scheduled route. You’ll work closely with the founders of the company as we build Returnmates in Miami. Hyper-local delivery means you will be putting fewer miles on your vehicle. Role Returnmates is seeking a part-time contracted driver that will be the face of our business during pickups. You’ll leverage the company's technology to pick up folks' online returns on a scheduled route. You’ll work closely with the founders of the company as we build Returnmates in DFW. Your day-to-day will consist of: Picking up & dropping off packages from our customers in DFW Operating a mobile app that routes you to the pick up locations and allows you to take pictures of the returns Delivering excellent customer service BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Have a valid driver's license Willing to use your own personal vehicle PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Prior driving experience with rideshare (Uber / Lyft), food delivery companies, shipping carriers (UPS / FedEx) valet, etc. Strong verbal communication and customer service skills About Returnmates: Join at the ground floor of a new, fast-growing technology startup in Miami.
