Help installing ceiling drywall in one room

I have some noise proofing compound and sheets of drywall that need to be screwed into the ceiling in one room, the dimensions are roughly 17 x 13. Anytime before Christmas would be ideal, but let me know when works best. I am not at all picky on how it looks, just looking to muffle some sound from the floor above.
