I left my keys in Amazon fulfillment center ONT6

I need help in the Moreno Valley! Hi there, my name is Hypatia Runcie, and I am a resident of Albuquerque, New Mexico. I am looking for some solutions and advice to a problem I’m having. On December 1st I accidentally left my keys in a jacket that I returned back to Amazon. The keys have an AirTag, so I have been able to track them. I noticed I had mailed my keys the same day and I reached out to UPS to have them return the package to sender ( which they told me they would do but didn’t) and I reached out to Amazon to see if they could send the whole package back as soon as they got it (which they told me they would do but didn’t). I was able to watch my keys get shipped from abq, to Utah, to Las Vegas, to the Amazon facility in the Moreno Valley where they have sat since (Amazon fulfillment center ont6, to be specific.) I have reordered the jacket about 9 times, but my keys have stayed in the Moreno Valley. I have called and chatted with Amazon support who tell me they will leave a message for the facility, but my keys still sit there. I have not been able to reach the physical location of the Amazon facility, it seems the number goes to a generic customer service center. I totally know this was my mistake! With that all said, is there anyone in the Moreno Valley who can help me or advise me how to get my keys back to Albuquerque? Thanks so much for your time! Hypatia Runcie
