Maintenance Technician needed for brand new apartment complex in Lacey Toscana apartment Homes Duties will include: • Completing service requests. • Preparing vacant apartments for the new residents. Painting, drywall repair, light plumbing repairs, and preventative maintenance. • Attention to detail and a self starter. • Swimming pool certified is preferred. • Perform routine and emergency maintenance. • On-call required as needed (rotating schedule, one week per month) Required Qualifications • A minimum of two years experience as a Maintenance Technician is preferred. • Strong professionalism, communication and “people skills” able to work as a team. • Must possess attention to detail • Well organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task • Driver's license and reliable transportation • Experience in plumbing, painting, carpentry, electrical, and appliance repair.
