Rehoming Coco, our 4 year old Male Latino Cockatiel - - Born in August 2017 to a family who sold him to us at Bird Expo in October 2017 - Had one owner since he was 2 months old More Pictures & Videos of Coco the Cockatiel: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1JNdN-ru7wHJcuqSPvaumaOcJLrATpRaV?usp=sharing Personality- - Socially outgoing & extroverted (loves to talk, whistle, socialize) - Deals well with strangers - Curious & loves to explore his surroundings - Enjoys being active, looking outside, basking in sunlight - Intelligent bird, who enjoys learning new tunes to whistle, new commands - Enjoys staying in his cage, but also enjoys exploring outside his cage - Perfectly happy just being around his owner (on a shoulder, perch, furniture nearby, etc.) Talents: - Whistles theme song to "Winnie the Pooh" - Whistles "If You're Happy & You Know It" - "wolf whistles" - Says "Good boy; Good boy, Coco; Who's a good boy" - Says "I love you" - Says "I'm a pretty bird" - Says "peek-a-boo" - Responds to commands: Step Up, Step Down, Hop, Come Looking for: - A new owner/family who loves birds, who has the time to devote to Coco daily. - Someone who will bond with Coco, make him feel comfortable & at ease in his new surroundings. Quirks: - Coco will act more territorial if there are mirrors and nests in his cage; and if it's mating season, he'll be more protective of his cage & any toys he's attached to. Why We're Selling Coco: - We are unable to give Coco all the love & attention he needs for the past year, with a new addition to our family who takes up more of our time. - We are moving out of state to a place that doesn't allow pets. - Coco needs lots of socialization & interaction, & we want him to go to someone who will give him more love & attention than we are able to at this point.
