ULG Skilled Trades has immediate openings for Industrial Painters for 2nd shift in Green Bay, WI. Candidates must have the ability to understand directions and follow instructions. Technically proficient in tasks, work processes and equipment operation. Accountable for completion of daily work assignments, completion of work signatures and QA signatures for completeness and quality of work. Industrial Painter Job Requirements: • Proficiently prepare, apply, and confirm that customer surface preparation and coating requirements are achieved with consistent high quality • Ensure preparation compliance- No dirt, oil, or other contaminants are present which would have a harmful effect on adhesion, visual appearance, or long term coating integrity • Achieve the required uniform coating thickness without runs, sags, thin or heavy spots. • Perform daily and weekly cleaning and preventative maintenance on painting and mixing equipment and ensure that required electrical grounds and air filtration systems are monitored, logged, cleaned or replaced in order to maintain effectiveness and compliance with applicable codes.   Skills and Experience Required: • At least 2 years of industrial painting experience required • Works independently with moderate supervision • Frequently lifts and/or carries objects weighing up to 50 pounds • Must pass physical exam as required for use of respirator • Must have a VALID driver’s license • Will be asked to pass a drug screening and background check FOR IMMEDIATE CONSIDERATION SUBMIT A RESUME AND TEXT YOUR NAME ALONG WITH KEYWORD “PAINTER" OR "BLASTER” TO 616.302.1718 - Thanks!
