Local business is looking for a person to perform general maintenance for a large building and property.
Work in the building includes basic plumbing, electrical, tiling, HVAC, drywall, prep/paint, demo, striping/waxing, carpet cleaning and the like. Will also work on organization, cleaning and various other projects. Occasionally, will be expected to fill in for custodian, and/or other similar tasks.
Outside work will include lawn/yard care, irrigation repair/improvement, pressure cleaning, window cleaning and painting.
When assigned will also coordinate with outside contractors on more complicated repairs.
Experience in these types of work is desired. For dependable employee, schedule can be flexible with assigned tasks.
