Local commercial property seeks part time maintenance person. Ideal candidate will visit property twice per week to clean and maintain vacant units. Summer involves mowing lawn as well. Additionally, light maintenance such as repairing roll up doors, pest control, gate and fence repairs will increase the hours worked when needed. Ideal job for a retired person with general handy skills and knowledge. Could be 5-10 hours per week. Would pay a base weekly salary for weekly site visits plus hourly for maintenance work.
