Looking for a low cost spay/neuter service so I can get my cat fixed. I used the ASPCA van before but they are closed. I have a cat who sprays and I was hoping to get him fixed by now but Covid closed the ASPCA van before I could. I need to fix him before I give birth so I only have a few weeks or I’ll have to give him up. If you have any info please email me thank you.
