Found a lost cat

The other day I caught I found itself in my current building. He's very sweet and well cared for. Very very mellow not hyper in any way shape or form. You would almost describe him as a perfect first pet. If anyone knows someone who's looking for a cat please contact me. But unfortunately I'm in the building that does not allow animals and I am moving at the beginning of the year to another place where I can't have animals. If someone could contact me to take care of this beautiful animal or to take over trying to find his home that would be great I don't want to just let him back outside cuz he's a darling darling boy and he's neutered so that's less of an expense.
