Rent a Room/Basement/Studio for Music Composition

I'm a drummer/composer looking to rent a practice spot starting January 1. I would love a space where I can bring my drums in, and possibly an upright piano, too, though if the space already has a drum set I may not need to bring mine. I am happy to work in an apartment, basement, room, church, local business, etc. – it does not need to be a music studio! I'd love to be as close to Crown Heights/Prospect Heights as possible, but I am open to traveling further for a good spot. I would be happy to share links to my music via email.
