Celebrate this connection and get grounded with a plant-inspired flow.
After a pragmatic overview of houseplant care and botanical basics, we'll explore how caring for plants can help grow patience and self-love. We'll then build focus and cultivate intention by moving through a series of mindful breath and movement exercises.
You'll walk out refreshed with a renewed sense of interbeing and a new green buddy to remind you of your intentions, an afternoon well spent, and the magic of plants.

About the Instructors
Anastasia Linn (she/her), Yoga Instructor
After beginning her yoga practice at Old Town Yoga in 2014, Anastasia completed her RYT-200 Teacher Training with Rocky Heron at Yoga Circle in 2017. Based in Zürich, she is a founding member of Degrowth Switzerland, an organization dedicated to fostering discussion of post-growth futures and working toward a good life for all.
Nika Linn (they/them), Owner & Founder, Chez Flora Houseplant Co.
Nika is a 5th year Botany student at Colorado State University. They founded Chez Flora in 2018 with the intention of sharing the magic of houseplants through in-home consults, personalized plant selection, and botany education.
