Join Ashlea Skiles of Yogic Melanin at FIT & NU as you learn about and power up your chakras. This 90-minute, in-person Chakra class offers an opportunity to connect with the chakras and raise our vibrations.   Learn about these 7-main vortices of energy that receive and distribute life force prana throughout the body as we collectively move through yoga postures, breath practice, mantras or sounds, and mudras or hand gestures.   Towards the end of class we will journey through a chakra body scan meditation and conclude with an extended savasana where a blissful, special treat awaits.
