Start off the new year right! Coral Bean Cafe is launching it's new brunch for the new year.
This is a 4-course brunch meal prepared by Coral Bean Cafe's new chef Joe Brock, one of the best chefs in Corpus Christi! The menu includes:
1. Sisig
Philipino skillet with yukon gold potatoes, roasted peppers, shallots, garlic, sausage, and a cured egg yolk.
2. Johnny Cakes
Cornmeal pancake with a corn succotash, gravlox (smoked salmon), creme fresh and chives.
3. Omurice (tongue and cheek)
Fried rice (Korean), Big Red(TM) braised barbacoa topped with a soft scrambled Japanese omelet.
4. Blueberry Pancakes
Blueberry pancakes with a lemon creme anglaise and candied lemon peel.
The meal also includes one drink.
