Join us for our 2nd Studio Showcase at Offbeat Boxing + Cycling Studios! This is an opportunity to come see our space in person, try our formats & meet many of our instructors. This studio showcase will be wellness themed with an evening of free classes, DIY Essential oil spray making & light bites and drinks by Crisp & Green.

Class format descriptions
Cycling44 is our rhythm and movement based cycle class. Everyone pedals in unison to the beat. The added moves like tap backs and arm presses are designed to help you get into a "flow" state and engage the entire body.
Circuit44 is two circuits involving things like battle ropes, box jumps, agility ladders, kettlebells and deadballs along with some core work to get a full body workout. No boxing involved.
Boxing44 consist of a warm up, boxing on the heavy bag, core work, and circuit-based athletic training. The class builds full body functional coordination, ramps up your heart rate, and strengthens your core. There is no better sweat therapy than our boxing classes.
Boxing+Cycling60 combines the two formats that make up our studio. This is the perfect way to get a full body cardio workout in. First we start with 30 minutes of boxing broken down into 6 rounds on a heavy bag. Then we swap the gloves and wraps for cycle shoes and meet in the cycle room for 30 minutes of rhythm riding with added moves like tap backs and arm presses!
