Description
THE TIME IS NOW. The time to step more into who you are and step into your most beautiful and truest life. 1 day, 3 offerings, big shifts! THE TIME IS NOW. The time to step more into who you are and step into the truly beautiful life you feel is there to be embodied, with ease and presence. Educate, consciously create, and celebrate all YOU are and are becoming! 1 day, 3 offerings, big community, and much fun; this one's for you! Come to learn how mindfulness can bring more peace and presence into your daily life. We will understand what mindfulness is, and how it can aid in stress and anxiety management. We will pair this knowledge shared with activities to put mindfulness into practice. This workshop led by Haley Sklut, will prime us for our Intentional Beginnings Workshop with Anna Marchese. Anna will ground us in with meditation and yoga movement as we truly uncover what serves us best in this now and this energy of the new year. Intuition will guide us in how we may mindfully create an intention with prompts for journaling. With our roots tapped into our deeper selves, we will consciously dance to celebrate who we are, who we are becoming! We will move to create the space that will draw in what is needed to carry out these intentions, joyfully! We are choosing to dance, choosing to be mindful, choosing joy! We will re-group with the community to manifest our desires; to be heard and seen. Together we will reflect and amplify these un-earthings of the day. Let's kick off this new year with play and community! See you there! Refreshments and fruit provided. She aims to take the practices and skills she has learned and teach them to others, whether through yoga or not. Haley wants these practices to be accessible to all. Anna Marchese (Clinical Social Worker/Yoga Teacher/Reiki Master) Just as life has changed for everyone in 2020 and 2021, Anna finds herself forever changed and navigating this "new normal". As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Yoga Teacher and Reiki Master, she wants everyone to tap into their tools and resilience to start the next year off well. DeAnn Macomson (Azul Conscious Dance Facilitator and Experienced Drummer) DeAnn has training and many years facilitating group drumming. With drumming came dancing. DeAnn noticed many healing moments on the dance floor when experiencing how many issues can come up by deeply connecting through dance. The work and the freedom were one in the same as she was able to move through the discomfort and feel the bliss that she now wants to share with others. How to find us: Park in available spots.
