any one know how to identify meteorites?

Not that I think any of these are meteorites but I would like to learn more then the few ways I learned. My Grandfather always hiked with a walking stick that he put a magnet on the end of it. So we all kinda did it out of habit but he is right sometimes walking it would pick up little things that we may have missed otherwise. I have hiked all over Arizona and this is what I have found up till now. Any info on where to go or even if it all looks like slag or iron ore or whatever let me know. Thanks
