I am looking for someone or a team to hire to get two, 1 bed and 1bath, units ready for renting. These units will both need to have the following work done on them. -Finish bathroom -Install carpet -Electrical -Dry wall replacement -Plumbing repair -Painting That being said I will need license contractor for majority of these items, however for the other items I am more than willing to hire someone who does not have licensing. I do require some sort of previous experience with pictures of past work. You will also be compensated if you can help me get in touch with someone who might be able to help me. (you will only be paid depending on if the person who is founded to be the person I use for the job, also the amount of compensation for this will be determined by who you find and the importance of that person)
