Learn more about how your church can help meet several priority foster care needs within Knox County's Department of Children's Services. Join other community leaders in the Knoxville area to hear Carren Broadnax with DCS discuss current needs and ways to mobilize your church to help address these needs. We will be meeting in the Watershed at Cedar Springs Presbyterian Church on Kingston Pike. Lunch will be graciously provided by Cedar Springs. Knox Area Foster Care & Adoption Ministries (KAFCAM) is here to encourage, equip, and connect people to make the gospel visible through adoption and foster care rooted in the LOCAL church in the Knoxville, TN area. KAFCAM is an alliance of church and community foster care and adoption ministries to coordinate activities, share lessons learned, provide family support, and raise awareness of needs. KAFCAM was started in 2014 and is currently made up of  ~ 20 church members and 40 partner organizations.
