Hi, I am Lalique Kae! I am a feeler, teacher, creator, writer, nurturer, transformational mentor, and professional BE-er.Growing up, I always found peace in journaling, writing and taking time to be by myself, but at the same time, I knew my life purpose was to help others by serving from a compassionate, heart-centered space. And I believed that I could only truly do that by beginning with myself. I am a nurse turned yoga and meditation teacher turned transformational mindfulness coach and speaker. And my story goes on.I am currently deepening my personal mindfulness practice and am enrolled in the Awareness Training Institute and Greater Good Science Center of UC Berkeley's Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Training Program with Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach. My intention is to utilize and share mindfulness as a tool that empowers men and women alike to improve their quality of life, relationships, careers, and connection with themselves.I craft wellness experiences that promote deep reflection and connection, and I passionately live for empowering community gatherings. On most days you can find me teaching yoga, leading a group meditation, journaling about my life's work or coaching clients. On my days off, you can find me barefoot in the park with my family, wandering a trail, meditating on a plane, walking with my companion Scarlet the Weenie, singing at a local art walk or journaling with a friend over a cup of matcha.
