Great opportunity for a person who is familiar with residential remodeling. Our Local remodeling company is looking for an experienced person for our residential remodeling business. Our shop is presently located in the East Bay, CA and we work all through Contra Costa and Alameda Counties. We remodel kitchens & baths and replace windows and doors. We are a family-owned, established for many years, and are looking for an employee who is ethical, hardworking, punctual, reliable. Responsibilities and Duties Tile Laying and grouting experience preferred. Must have reliable transportation Must be able to pass drug test. Must have clean DMV report. Must have ability to lift 50 -- 75 lbs. Must be able to work well independently as well as on a team. Must have command of the English language Non-smoker preferred as there is no smoking on or around the jobsite. Qualifications and Skills JOB DUTIES WILL INCLUDE BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING: * Specialty in Kitchen Remodeling * Specialty in Bathroom Remodeling Also looking for the following: * Finishing work * Rough plumbing * Rough electrical * Framing * Drywall installation * Taping, texturing and painting * Wood trim installation, i.e. doors,, windows, casing, baseboards, crown, etc. * Vanity and kitchen cabinet installation * Tile experience * Flooring * These are immediate full time position * Qualified applicants only, please * Send Resume Job Type: Full-time Salary: Dependent on experience
