Learn to facilitate a Restorative Circle in this 2 day training, Jan 29 & Feb. 5, 2022 from 9 am - 5 pm. *Intro to RA is a prerequisite for this training. This 16-hour training takes place on two consecutive Saturdays, Jan. 29 & Feb. 5, 2022 from 9am - 5pm each day. Restorative Circles provide a safe space and a structure for those most impacted by a crime or conflict to have a face-to-face conversation with each other and to have a say in how to repair harm done. This formal circle process is useful for finding more productive solutions to wrong-doing in K-12 schools, higher education, criminal legal system, and workplaces. CRA provides schools, workplaces and other communities with training, consulting and facilitation of dialogue circles which improve communication, build relationships, reduce violence and allow those most impacted by conflict and wrongdoing to develop their own solutions for justice and well-being.
