Looking for low cost spay/Neuter locations?

I rescued 2 feral kittens several months ago from my neighborhood and have been trying to get an appointment at the east bay spca spay/Neuter clinic for months but they have none available. Does anyone know of any clinics that offer low coat spay and Neuters? The kittens are no longer "feral " so they do not qualify for the feral fix programs. Unfortunately one is male and the other is female so I AT LEAST want to get the female fixed for the time being so there are no accidents. It's becoming challenging making sure they are kept separate so I'm getting desperate! I'm in San leandro but can travel anywhere locally foe the appointment. Thank you!
