As the final event of our second annual Savor Sea Pines, we invite you to join us February 25th at 6:30 pm for the return of Chef Joe Truex for an unforgettable dinner overlooking the Atlantic Ocean at the Sea Pines Beach Club. In celebration of Mardi Gras, Louisiana native Chef Joe Truex will create a special multi-course menu of iconic New Orleans dishes. Recently named executive chef of the 3,200-acre Pursell Farms resort in Alabama, Truex was catapulted to the national culinary stage when he opened the highly acclaimed Repast Restaurant in Atlanta. Guests will enjoy samplings and mixed cocktails of Captain Morgan paired with each course. Tickets are $125 each and include tax and gratuity.
