Join us February 25th for an exquisite wine dinner featuring Pahlmeyer Vineyards. Links, an American Grill invites you to join us February 25th in the Heritage Room inside the Harbour Town Clubhouse for an evening of fine wine and dinner featuring Pahlmeyer Wines. The event includes a special presentation by a representative of the vineyard. Links, an American Grill Chef de Cuisine Sean Carroll will prepare a distinctive five-course menu that will pair perfectly with wines from Pahlmeyer. Wines will also be available for purchase. Pahlmeyer Estate Vineyards hold a commitment to sustainable farming. Carefully-selected grasses are grown for erosion and dust control, water depletion and the nutrients released into the soil as they decompose. Organic compost is used in areas requiring additional nutrients for growth. The vineyard’s viticultural practices demand low yields while commanding maximum flavor intensity. They farm in one- to two-acre blocks with a palette of as many as 12 clones for each variety. Tickets are $250 per person, including tax and gratuity.
