Full Time Construction Laborer Seeking a self-motivated person to fill a construction laborer position with a local general contracting company specializing in new, Built-Green, modern styling, construction projects in the City of Seattle. The job responsibilities include digging, landscaping, fence building, light earthwork, cleaning and construction debris removal. The ideal candidate will love working outdoors, be able-bodied, have access to their own transportation, a clean driving record, and be able to work independently or in a group. As a growing company, the successful applicant will have the opportunity to advance based upon their skills and work ethic. Opportunities for advancement include framing carpentry, trim carpentry, drywall work, and general construction experience. Tools Recommended - 25-foot tape - Speed Square - Screwdrivers (1 slot and 1 Phillips - Hammer - Chalkline - Utility knife Job is full time @ 40 hours per week - Hours are 7:00 am to 3:30 pm with a 30 minute lunch. Pay range is $15-20/hr depending on experience. Review after 30 days; medical/dental/vision insurance benefits are available on the 1st of the month after 60 days on the job.
