Need License Plate Screws Fixture FIXED

I need help fixing my vehicles license plate holder. So on the top right screw, the screw will not screw in anymore. On both bottom screws, I cannot put screws because the last person had plastic screws on there and they broke off leaving a piece stuck inside. I need someone to fix this ASAP and please send me prices. Thank you!
