Join us for an F45 Bootcamp on the lawn! Come join us and F45 Height District for 45 minutes of heart pumping fun to take your fitness to the next level! Enjoy an outdoor workout specializing in innovative, high intensity group training that is fast, fun and results driven! This event is free, open to the public, and all skill levels are welcome. Please remember to bring your own mat, towel and water bottle. Armature Works is a fully restored mixed-use building that breathes new life into the historic Tampa Heights neighborhood.
