JOIN US FOR A SANCTUARY OF SOUND. Emma Almeroth and Kelly Rae offer a 60 minute practice of healing yin yoga immersed in sound. Emma will lead you through a grounding meditation and yin practice. Yin yoga is a practice that allows you to open deep tissue in your body (fascia), and in turn produces an incredible sense of openness and release, for your body and mind. Kelly Rae plays her phenomenal set of instruments; the swinging chimes, drum, textured instruments and crystal bowls. The bowl, crafted of crystal quartz are each attuned to the chakras in your body. The sound vibrations omitted by these bowls will encompass and permeate your tissues, encouraging your body to harmonize with the balanced vibrations of each key. If you have never experienced a yin class or meditation, you are in for a life-changing experience. In our experience, the crystal bowls and yin practice are both magnificently healing on their own. We have let go of old wounds, set out on a confident track, cried, laughed, and gone deep into meditation within each of these practices separately, and together.
