Professional portrait artist needs an energetic, enthusiastic, go-getting, socially polished, person to find portrait commissions. You receive a healthy 30% of sales. This is a commission only position so you should be already financially stable and have time available. Minimum pay for adult portrait is 3,750 per portrait. You need to make phone calls, send emails, and find people who have the resources to purchase luxury goods. Corporate businesses, educational institutions, medical centers, churches, etc.., are all good targets. You should to familiarize yourself somewhat with my work and process. You should be unafraid of contacting people and rejection, and, it is good to be a follow up type of person and note taker on potential clients. You can work from home and I will provide you with a pdf portfolio to email to potential clients. There is room to move up from 30% to 40% commission in time.
