Press release from City of Waltham: December 21, 2021 At this time, we no longer have any at-home test kits left. The City of Waltham received 8,200 Covid-19 test kits designated by the Governor for  residents most in need. There are 65,000 plus Waltham residents.  Those test kits were distributed based on a priority need list. The priority list in order is: Financial Hardship High need: Compromised Immunity, Homebound, Homeless Shelters  The City of Waltham's Health Department delivered the test kits based on the Governor's guidance for most in need to: The School Department Community Day Center Bristol Lodge - Men & Women's Shelter Salvation Army  Veterans  Hurley House The Mill  Waltham Family School  Waltham Housing Authority  Opportunities for Inclusion  Duggan House The City of Waltham delivered 6,000 of the test kits to the above residents with highest needs.  The remaining 2,200 tests were distributed by pick up on a first come basis to residents on December 20th and 21st.    We will be able to purchase kits in January.
