Description
SWAMPSCOTT, MA — Swampscott residents will quickly be able to get rid of their styrofoam packing and party supplies this holiday season.
While there will be no metal recycling in the town this month because Christmas falls on a Saturday, the town is opening the Department of Public Works yard on Sunday for Styrofoam collection.
The yard will be open to town residents from 8 a.m. to noon.
The next metal recycling will take place along with a styrofoam dropoff on Jan. 29.
