We own a property in the 95820 zip code area. It is located near the corner of Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd and 14th Avenue. Here is a quick summary of our situation, and what we are looking for. - - - - - - - - - - - 1. Our current tenants are moving out at the end of January; new tenants are moving in at the beginning of February 2. We need some small tasks done in January. Larger projects can be completed in February or March, after the new tenants move in. 3. If you're interested in this gig, please send us your cost estimate for at least some of these small tasks listed below. Then, after you have gone to the property and inspected everything, you are welcome to price out some of the larger projects that are listed below. Hopefully we can hire you for some of these larger projects too! - - - - - - - - - - - SMALL TASKS (These need to be completed in January) 1. Install new screens on windows (10 screens) 2. Install inexpensive roman shade, or cordless blinds (10 blinds) 3. Install new toilet seat 4. Repair about 5 feet of damaged fence in backyard 5. Install 4 smoke detectors and one carbon monoxide detector 6. Climb and inspect roof for potential damage from recent storms LARGER PROJECTS: (To be completed in January, February, or March) Move the location of the light switch in the bathroom (electrical) Replace cabinet door in kitchen Repair minor damage to kitchen cabinets Repaint closet interiors Install new bathroom vanity Repair several panels in kitchen floor (laminate flooring) Replace entire fence on side of house (45') Replace entire fence in front of house (30') If you're interested in this gig, please send us your cost estimate for at least some of these small tasks listed above.
