A Whiskey and Cigar Pairing event The journey of the connoisseur is never complete. Even after trying thousands of drams, spirits and wines you love, there’s always something new around the corner. A wonderful, yet often unexplored chapter in one’s journey is pursuing pairings. Pairings in the drink and culinary industries, for example, are endless. One of the most exciting, lesser-known marriages brings the worlds of whiskey and cigars together. Practiced for some time on a smaller scale, the global boom of whiskey, alongside the rise of craft, artisanal cigars has led a younger generation to discover the wonders of bringing the two together. On this night we will have the following; 1) Whiskey Rabbit Hole Heigold - You will be greeted on the nose with notes of butterscotch, apricot, cinnamon, and honey. The palate is rich and bright with toasted wood, Meyer lemon, brittle vanilla toffee, nice spiciness, and a hint of mint. The finish is long and strong Tin Cup - Aged For A Minimum Of Four Years In American White Oak Barrels. Cut To Proof With Rocky Mountain Spring Water Resulting In A Smooth Yet Bold Whiskey Jefferson Ocean - Aboard the deck of a ship, barrels of Jefferson's Ocean bourbon travel to 25 ports, 5 continents, and cross the equator 2 times. This bourbon is Aged At The Mercy of The Sea.
