WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions: Alberto Zhaguidugllay, 41, of Newton Street, Meriden, was arrested Nov. 24 on a charge of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Jan. 21, according to state judicial records. Manuel DeJesus Arce, 59, of King Street, Wallingford, was arrested Nov. 24 on a charge of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs. He was released after posting a $1,500 bond with a court date of Feb. 8. Harrison C. Febbriello, 21, of Seiter Hill Road, Wallingford, was arrested Nov. 24 on charges of second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Jan. 27. Eltonn Sanchez, 27, of Rembert Street, Wallingford, was arrested Nov. 24 on charges of third-degree assault and disorderly conduct. He was released after posting a $10,000 bond with a court date of Jan. 28. Marlene M. Berson, 51, of South Main Street, Cheshire, was arrested Nov. 26 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Jan. 3. Elain Cariati, 56, of Edgemark Acres, Meriden, was arrested Nov. 27 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs and traffic control signals. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Jan. 12. Joe Cottes-Lopez, 30, of Davenport Avenue, New Haven, was arrested Nov. 29 on charges of fifth-degree larceny, interfering with officer/resisting and second-degree failure to appear. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Jan. 18. Rebecca V. Tripphahn, 38, of Hanover Road, Meriden, was arrested Nov. 29 on a charge of fourth-degree larceny. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Jan. 13. Victor Negron, 59, of Springdale Avenue, Meriden, was arrested Nov. 29 on charges of second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Jan. 10. Judith Hall, 78, of Pilgrims Harbor, Wallingford, was arrested Nov. 30 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs and driving wrong way – one-way street. She was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Feb. 8. Esther M. Cruz, 35, of Lamborton Street, New Haven, was arrested Nov. 30 on a charge of fifth-degree larceny. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Jan. 10. Anthony Capasso, 33, of Main Street, Durham, was arrested Dec. 1 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs and failure to drive in proper lane. He was released after posting a $1,500 bond with a court date of Jan. 14. Branden E. Segura, 19, of Cook Avenue, Meriden, was arrested Dec. 2 on charges of interfering with officer/resisting and violation of protective order. He was released after posting a $500 bond with a court date of Jan. 6.
