NORWALK, CT — An area resident is $10,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket this week in Norwalk, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On Monday, Luis Gonzalez of Stamford won $10,000 playing a "20X Cash 7th Edition" game. The winning ticket was purchased from Super 7 Food Market in Norwalk.
