GROTON - A Windsor resident is $10,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On December 20, Mariah Manzanares, of Groton, purchased a 10X Cash 15th Edition ticket from the Groton Mart and won $10,000.
