TOMS RIVER, NJ — The Toms River Township Council has scheduled its 2022 reorganization meeting for noon on Jan. 3 at Toms River's Town Hall. The meeting, to be held in the L. Manuel Hirschblond Meeting Room on the second floor, includes the swearing-in of council members elected in November, and the appointment of township professionals. Alison Carlisle, the township clerk, will read the election results, which have been certified. Those results are as follows: Ward 1: Justin Lamb (R) 5,733; Michele Williams (D) 2,154 Ward 2: Daniel Rodrick (R) 6,069, Jeff J.
