Here are the top five stories today in Irving: A man was arrested in Arlington for causing a crash that seriously injured a two-year-old and two others. Police charged Tyler Hampton, 25, with Intoxicated Assault after he was driving erratically and his vehicle hit a Toyota Tundra with four people inside on Tuesday night.
