BEL AIR, MD — Two road closures were reported in Harford County Tuesday night, according to officials. MD 152 was closed between Clayton Road and MD 7/Philadelphia Road, the Harford County Sheriff's Office reported after 5:45 p.m. Authorities cited police activity and advised drivers to avoid the area. By 8:15 p.m., authorities said the road had reopened. A vehicle appeared to have overturned, according to the Joppa-Magnolia Volunteer Fire Company, which reported a heavy police presence at the scene. In a separate case, US 1 was closed in Harford County, in the area of Milton Avenue, according to the State Highway Administration. All lanes were closed there as well, officials reported at 5:50 p.m., due to a single-vehicle incident. After 7 p.m., officials said the crash had been cleared.
